V4 economy ministers meet in Budapest

Economy ministers from the Visegrád Four - Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland - discussed cooperating on energy matters, supporting cross-border activity of SMEs and offering more focused investment incentives at a meeting in Budapest on Thursday.

Hungary's economy minister István Varga said expanding the V4's cooperation, reducing bureaucracy and promoting cooperation among business clusters were also talked about at the meeting.

The participants at the talks signed a cooperation agreement and decided on tasks in the areas of energy, bureaucracy reduction and retail chains at workgroup level. (MTI-ECONEWS)
