Minister appoints new MNV head

National Development Minister Tamás Fellegi appointed Gergely Horváth to head the Hungarian National Asset Management (MNV) Zrt after relieving chief executive Miklós Kamarás from his post, the Ministry said in a press statement.

Horváth was formerly chief executive of road construction company Betonút Zrt and clearing house Keler Zrt. The Ministry, which is the legal owner of MNV, said transparency, accountability and prudent management of state assets will be among the national asset manager's top priorities.
