Hungarian Agriculture Minister József Gráf met with his Finnish counter-part Sirkka-Liisa Anttila in Budapest on Wednesday.
Hungary and Finland agree that the EU's Common Agriculture Policy (CAP) should remain in place after 2013, Gráf said at a press conference after the meeting.
Anttila said he agreed with Gráf that the CAP should continue after 2013, and not with reduced resources. Finland supports Hungary's stand on more equitable support for farmers in old and new member states, he added. (MTI-ECONEWS)
