Hungary's National Energy Strategy is ready to be issued for public debate, state secretary for climate and energy affairs János Bencsik said at a press conference on Friday.
The document, which outlines the country's energy strategy until 2030, can be downloaded from next week, Bencsik said. Energy market players as well as environmental organizations will have a chance to air their views on the strategy over the next month, he added.
The strategy is about affordable energy with a secure supply, he said. Its main message is "becoming independent of energy dependence", he added.
