Standard&Poor's upgrades outlook for Invitel parent after HTCC deal

Standard&Poor's Ratings Services announced on Thursday that it revised its outlook for Invitel Holdings to „developing” from „negative” after Hungarian Telephone and Cable Corp (HTCC), agreed to purchase Invitel.

At the same time, Standard&Poor's affirmed the „B+” long-term corporate credit rating of Invitel Holding. Invitel Holding the parent company of Hungarian landline service provider Invitel. HTCC another Hungarian landline company agreed to pay €470 million for Invitel. (Mti-Eco)
