Skoglund Holding Rt, a business consultancy and investment company listed in the bourse's category B, announced its new ownership structure after a merger of real estate company Sasad Rt into the company.
The merger, registered by court on March 22, raised Skoglund's registered capital from Ft 540 million to Ft 9.236 billion. Skoglund announced on Wednesday that Bankár Holding holds 62.38% of Skoglund votes, Cyprus-registered Hungary Capital Fund holds 14.2%. Businessman Gábor Kovács, who owns 80% of Bankár Holding, directly holds 21.35% and indirectly holds 85.15% of Skoglund's voting rights.
In the merger, former Sasad shareholders received two Skoglund shares for one Sasad share or a total of 8.8 million new Skoglund shares worth a nominal Ft 1,000 apiece. At the same time, Skoglund shareholders holding a combined Ft 110 million face value shares opted to leave the company and their shares were invalidated. Skoglund will float the new shares within 90 days from March 22, the company announced.
