Number of BSE index constituents to decline on April 1

The number of issuers trading as part of the Budapest Stock Exchange's blue-chip BUX index will decline from 14 to 13 on April 1, while the number of issuers trading as part of the exchange's small- and medium-capitalization BUMIX index will decrease from 18 to 14 on that date.

Veterinary drug company Phylaxia will drop from the BUX on April 1, leaving the BSE's blue-chip index with the following 13 issuers: OTP Bank, oil and gas company MOL, Magyar Telekom, drug companies Richter and Egis as well as Econet, Emasz, FHB, Fotex, PannErgy, Rába, Synergon and TVK.

IT company Freesoft, property-utilization company Graphisoft Park, textile company Pannonflax and cable television and internet service provider TvNetWork will be withdrawn from the BUMIX on April 1, leaving the BSE's small and mid-cap index with the following 14 components: Állami Nyomda, Danubius, Genesis, Humet, Phylaxia as well as cross-listed issuers Egis, Emasz, Econet, FHB, Fotex, PannErgy, Rába, Synergon and TVK.
