Moody’s confirms MFB ratings

Moody’s Investors Service gave Magyar Fejlesztési Bank Zrt’s (MFB) stable outlook prospects, confirming its earlier analysis.

The long term, unsecured foreign currency debt was rated „Aa1” and foreign currency deposits „A/2/P-1,” announced MFB. When rating MFB Moody’s considered the banks basic risk rating, its highest „Aaa” and „Aa1” rating based on its domestic currency deposit and foreign currency debt ceiling and the fact that in case of financial difficulties that bank can count on state support.
