MFB, developer to build Ft 17 bln flats

The Hungarian Development Bank Rt (MFB) and a real estate development partner will build apartments worth Ft 17.4 billion in the east Hungarian city of Debrecen, Bloomberg reported citing Napi Gazdaság.

The state bank's property unit, along with real estate developer Firebird Rt, will build a 548-apartment residential park in Hungary's second largest city, Sándor Seprenyi, CEO of the bank's property unit told the paper. The park will include 27 shops, an underground parking lot for 462 cars and a 15,000 square meter park.
