Kaptár acquires more of Freesoft

The board of IT company Freesoft Nyrt announced that investment company Kaptár Rt had increased its stake in the company to 7.67%. As of an April 12th general meeting Kaptár had only 61,000 shares, but it acquired 49,000 more yesterday at a price between Ft 2200 and Ft 2700. Kaptár was founded in 1994, currently holds Ft 100 million in registered capital and produced an after-tax profit of Ft 264 million last year, board chairman Gábor Móricz told daily Napi Gazdaság
. Kaptár also has stakes in textile company Pannon-Flax Rt, in Budapest Property and Development Rt (BIF) and power plants Vértesi, Mátrai, and Dunamenti.
