Graphisoft Park SE, a property manager spun off from a Hungarian software maker of the same name, signed a loan agreement worth €42 million ($55 million) with Westdeutsche Immobilien Bank AG.
The Budapest-based company's 12-year loan will pay for developments at the Graphisoft Park SE business complex, whose tenants include the local units of Microsoft Corp., Canon Inc. and SAP AG, according to the company's statement to the stock exchange today.
Graphisoft SE, a maker of architectural software, spun off the property unit last year to focus on its flagship product ArchiCAD. Graphisoft Park manages the company's buildings along the Danube River, valued at €24 million. (Bloomberg)
