Financial market regulator fines K&H

Hungary's financial market regulator PSZÁF fined K&H Bank HUF 11 million (€39,919) on June 24, PSZÁF announced on Monday evening.

PSZÁF said that it asked K&H to ensure that the bank's employees comply with external and internal regulations during the identification of those with accounts at the bank and to fortify its supervisory activities in this regard.

PSZÁF added that it recommended that K&H strengthen its professional training of bank employees.

In April, PSZÁF fined K&H HUF 10 million for deficiencies in the distribution of CDOs that might have misled clients. (MTI-ECONEWS)
