Euro General reduces stake in KEG

Euro General sold 26,541 shares in PB gas company KEG Central European LPG Terminal on the Budapest Stock Exchange on May 27, reducing its stake in the newly listed company to 4.72% from 5.89%, KEG said on Friday.

Veterinary drug maker Phylaxia 1912 Holding remained the only shareholder with a stake over the 5% threshold for disclosure after the transaction. Phylaxia holds 78.62% of KEG shares.

KEG shares were listed in the bourse's 'B' category on May 22. They closed down 12.7% at 1,310 on Friday. (MTI-ECONEWS)
