Egis sees 2010 sales up 1%-2%

Hungarian drug producer Egis expects its overall sales revenue to rise by 1%-2% in forints in fiscal 2010, chief financial officer László Marosffy said.

Domestic sales are seen rising by around 5% in the fiscal year that started on October 1, while sales in Russia, the company's biggest export market are seen up by 5%-10% in dollars.

In Central Europe, sales are expected to rise by 8% in euros while sales in the former Soviet Union, excluding Russia, are expected to rise by 8% to 10% in dollars. (Reuters)
