Hungarian-owned life insurer CIG Pannónia will submit a request to list its shares along with a prospectus for investors to financial market regulator PSzÁF on Wednesday, the company told MTI.
The shares are to be listed in the 'B' category of the Budapest Stock Exchange.
CIG Pannónia's board has already decided to convert the company from a closed to a public company limited by shares.
CIG Pannonia's shareholders approved a proposal to float the company's shares in November. (MTI-Econews)
