The Energy Ministers of Serbia, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia and Italy will sign today in Zagreb a Declaration on a Pan-European Oil Pipeline to regulate supplies from the Caspian to Europe.
The construction works of the 1.319-kilometer pipeline, estimated to cost about $2.6 billion, are planned to set out between 2011 and 2013. The singing of the ministerial declaration is in the framework of the Forum „South East Europe - Energy Bridge between the Russian Federation, Mediterranean, Caspian and Central European Region and the European Union”.
