Neft-Aktiv, in which Russian oil company Rosneft indirectly owns 100%, has announced an offer to buy the common shares in Hermes-Moscow the company said in a statement.
Neft-Aktiv acquired 82.8% of Hermes-Moscow during a Yukos bankruptcy auction. Hermes-Moscow owns 15 filling stations, including 13 in Moscow and two in Moscow region.
Hermes-Moscow received a binding offer from Neft-Aktiv to acquire the shares on July 13. The offer expires in 75 days. Banking guarantees for the offer were provided by International Moscow Bank. Hermes-Moscow should inform all its shareholders of the offer within 15 days. (petrolplaza.com)
