Hungarian energy-efficiency company RFV participated in the establishment of project company Alletix Projektfejlesztő aimed at cooperation with the ArchEnerg Regional Cluster for Renewable Energy and Building Trade in a R&D tender, the company announced on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange on Monday.
RFV said that it originally owned 50% of Alletix Projektfejlesztő, though its stake in the project company decreased to 40% with 19% voting rights on June 29 after it sold a 10% stake to another investor following the registration of Alletix by Court on the same day.
RFV noted that it became a member of the ArchEnerg cluster with the foundation of the project company.
Alletix was set up with initial capital of HUF 1 million, RFV said without revealing the other owners. (MTI-ECONEWS)
