Hungarian oil and gas company Mol had consolidated IFRS net income of HUF 115.8 billion and revenue of HUF 3,364.5 billion last year according to the annual report to be submitted to the company's April 29 AGM, revealed.
The audited net income is up and revenue is down from the respective preliminary figures of HUF 103.9 billion and HUF 3,364.5 billion reported in February.
The board said earlier that it would propose that no dividend be paid on the unconsolidated after-tax profit of HUF 253.02 billion. Mol paid no dividend last year. The company last paid dividend, of HUF 85 billion or 40% of after-tax profit, from 2007 profits in 2008. (MTI – Econews)
