Hungary's MMG AM Nova, a supplier of infrastructure for oil and gas networks, has a good chance of becoming a partner in the construction of a 400-kilometer stretch of China's Eastern 2 gas line, to start next year, MMG AM Nova said, after the company 's representative in China, Eastinfo, held talks with local company representatives.
Eastinfo met for talks with representatives of PetroChina, on a possible partnership with MMG AM Nova at its oil field in Liaohe. Talks with local government officials from Panjin also yielded the possibility of several joint ventures. These include participation in the modernization of the local water network, planned to be financed from a World Bank loan. (MTI – Econews)
