Russian oil and natural gas company Gazprom board member V. V. Rusakova met with state-owned Hungarian Development Bank (MFB) CEO János Erős to discuss the feasibility study regarding the construction of the Hungarian stretch of the planned South Stream pipeline, MFB informed MTI on Thursday.
The study is a part of the South Stream pipeline’s comprehensive feasibility study, which includes Russia and the Mediterranean and central and southern European regions. V.V. Rusakova and Erős discussed possible routes of the Hungarian stretch of the pipeline at the meeting.
Russia and Hungary signed an agreement to make the feasibility study in February 2008. (MTI-Econews)
