Environmental experts have said the planned construction of an interconnector between the gas networks of Hungary and Slovakia will not have an unfavorable impact on the environment, establishing the conditions for Slovakia's farm and environmental protection ministry to support the project, a spokesperson for Eurstream, which will build the gas line, said in Bratislava on Tuesday.
“We are happy that the project has been given the green light by the ministry,” said Danica Beharkova.
The environmental experts named about two dozen new conditions and demands related to the project. (MTI-Econews)
