E.ON is expected to lower the retail price of electricity by 3% on average from January 1, 2010, while Démász will keep it unchanged, Hungarian Energy Office (MEH) Zoltán Matos President told the press in Budapest on Monday.
Matos added that Elmű and Émász, members of the RWE group, have not yet filed their applications to change prices, and if they do not do so, their retail prices will rise 2% due to the higher system-utilization fees. (MTI-ECONEWS)
