Two shareholders of Hungarian bottled gas and gas storage company KEG Central European Gas Terminal reduced their stake to below 5% by the end of the January 20 trading day, the company said on Wednesday.
The stake of N-Joy Media fell to 4.95% and that of Koppányköve fell to 4.80% through sales both on the Budapest Stock Exchange and on the OTC market.
The sales left two shareholders with stakes over 5%: Phylaxia 1912. Holding which owns 14.87% of the shares and the votes and Solymasz-95 which holds 6.35%.b (MTI-Econews)
