Hungary's national asset management company MNV has called a tender for the sale of three properties with a combined area of 150 hectares owned by the Defense Ministry in a nature reserve on the edge of Győr.
The properties are part of the Natura 2000 nature reserve, but the local council of Győr earlier voiced support for their use as an industrial area, paving the way for an investor to set up a logistics park or a manufacturing base.
All of the properties must be purchased together.
The deadline for bidding is June 11. Bids will be evaluated within 30 days. Bidders must make a refundable security deposit of HUF 1 billion. (MTI - Econews)
