Financial market regulator PSzÁF imposed the maximum HUF 2 million fine on finance company Lombard Finanszírozási Zrt. for failing to provide adequate information to clients regarding foreign-currency-based loans, PSzÁF reported on Friday.
PSzÁF said that the company did not properly inform clients of the risks associated with such loans between 2005 and 2008, thus potentially harming their financial interests. (MTI-Econews)
