One million Central and Eastern European jobseekers turned to CV-Online in March in search of new career opportunities.
This is a record for the group, which runs job boards in Estonia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania and Slovakia is the leading CEE online recruitment company. „This is a truly remarkable development for CV-Online,” said Emma Tóth-Plumtree, Managing Director of CV-Online, „which confirms, that our aggressive growth strategy is paying off. The growth in jobseekers traffic has been phenomenal in 2007, as we have seen our traffic double compared with Q4 2006.” The increased numbers of jobseekers visiting a CV-Online job board have not gone unnoticed by advertisers, some of who have seen already high application numbers double. „We have seen an enormous increase in the number of companies signing up for long term contracts,” confirmed Tóth-Plumtree, „We have more than 110% increase in the number of businesses who have signed up to use our services for up to a year. This is the clearest indication of how satisfied clients are with the level of service they receive from CV-Online.”
CV-Online was established in 1996 in Estonia and is currently operating in Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Russia and Romania. CV-Online generated €3,2 million turnover in 2006.
