The NDA director said that the current government had HUF 375 billion in Economic Operative Program funding available for business development, research and development and improvement of the business climate when it came to power last year, of the original amount of HUF 718 billion earmarked for these purposes in the 2007-2013 budgetary period.

Siba that the government has already allocated HUF 65 billion of the HUF 190 billion in remaining Economic Operative Program research and development funding for support of the Szeged Laser Center.

The NDA director added that only HUF 35 billion of the original HUF 200 billion in 2007-2013 European Union JEREMIE funding for micro-businesses and SMEs has been used so far.
