A list of retailers and service-industry companies that next year could get a consumer-friendly seal of approval currently includes 250 businesses, Hungary's National Consumer Protection Authority(NFH) director István Pintér said on Thursday.
The list is compiled by NFH which plans to publish it this month. The NFH is including companies on the list that are assessed positively in reviews, Pintér said.
The list will be the "waiting room" for a consumer-friendly seal of approval, which is still debated by business organizations and consumer protection groups. The seal is to be introduced in 2012.
