Liquidator Cash and Limes will publish another tender to sell the assets of the insolvent construction company Közév, the business daily Napi Gazdaság reported on Thursday.
The newspaper said that the liquidator would publish an asking price of HUF 550.7 million (€1.94 million) for the company's 12,500-square-meter plant, 2,500-square-meter residential building, machinery and equipment, noting that the asking price published in the previous tender for the assets was 8% higher.
Bailiff Zsuzsanna Endredi Marjas told the newspaper that Cash and Limes previously sold three of Közév's properties as well as the company's vehicles and some of its construction machinery for HUF 163 million.
The liquidator received no bids for the assets advertised in its previous tender published in March, the bailiff noted.
Creditors have submitted claims of HUF 11 billion against the Közév, while the listed value of the assts the liquidator seized from the company is only HUF 1.02 billion.
The deadline to submit bids for Közév's assets is June 22. (MTI-Econews)
