Economic research institute Kopint-Tárki puts Hungary's GDP growth at 1.2% in 2010 and 3.0% in 2011 in its latest forecast, the same as the projections announced in October.
The projection for 2011 is the same as the government's.
Kopint-Tárki lowered slightly its forecast for average annual inflation in 2010 to 4.9% from 5.0%. It sees CPI falling to 3.9% in 2011.
The government's general government deficit targets of 3.8% of GDP for 2010 and 2.9% for 2011, are achievable, Kopint-Tárki said.
Kopint-Tárki puts the average HUF/EUR exchange rate at 275 in both 2010 and 2011. (MTI-Econews)
