Investment funds run by members of the Association of Hungarian Investment Fund and Asset Management Companies (BAMOSZ) dropped 0.8% to HUF 2,465 billion in June from May because of net withdrawals of HUF 20 billion and yields of HUF 1.5 billion, BAMOSZ said on Wednesday.
Assets in open-ended securities funds fell 0.4%, as investors withdrew HUF 9.6 billion and yields came to HUF 4.5 billion. Assets in closed-end securities funds slipped 1.8% as investors took out HUF 1.3 billion and the funds had a negative yield of HUF 3.4 billion.
Assets in money market funds inched up 0.2% on withdrawals of HUF 1.5 billion and yields of HUF 3.6 billion.
Assets in shares funds dropped 1.7%. Investors took out HUF 2 billion from the funds, but yields came to HUF 2.5 billion.
Assets in property funds slid 1.4% as investors sold units worth HUF 3.8 billion. (MTI-ECONEWS)
