Hungary's international reserves decreased €1.081 billion in April, after a €1.11 billion increase in March, National Bank of Hungary (MNB) figures released on Friday show.
International reserves stood at €16.748 billion at the end of April, up €1.026 billion from the end of 2005 and €3.381 billion more than twelve months earlier. The big increase in March is the result of a JPY 50 billion issue of seven-year Samurai bonds and a ₤500 million issue of 10-year bonds during the month.
