Hungary's industrial output was unchanged in February compared to January, and was up 11.6% according to both workday adjusted and unadjusted figures in twelve months, the Central Statistics Office (KSH) announced on Friday, confirming preliminary figures published on April 6.
Industrial export sales volume fell 0.9% from January to February, according to adjusted figures, and increased a workday-adjusted 14.8% year on year. Domestic sales volume increased 1.2% in a month in February and rose 6.2% year on year according to adjusted figures.
In January, industrial output rose by a seasonally and workday-adjusted 1.3% in a month and rose 11% year on year according to workday-adjusted figures.
Industrial output rose 7.3% in 2005, with export sales up 11.1% and domestic sales increasing 4.4%.
