Hungary's industrial output fell an unadjusted 7.0% and a workday-adjusted 9.2% in November from the same month a year earlier, the Central Statistical Office (KSH) said in a second reading on Friday. The figures compare to an unadjusted drop of 7.0% and an adjusted fall of 9.3% in a first reading published on January 8.
The decline slowed from an unadjusted 12.9% and an adjusted 10.8% in October.
In a month-on-month comparison, industrial output fell 1.3% according to both unadjusted and adjusted figures in November, after rising for two months in a row, unchanged from preliminary data.
The decline in industrial output has been uninterrupted since October 2008, while the adjusted figures have shown a steady fall since January. (MTI-Econews)
