Hungary’s international reserves up €395 mln in October

  Hungary’s international reserves stood at €17.804 billion at the end of October, rising €395 million in a month after a €99 million increase in September, preliminary National Bank of Hungary (MNB) figures show.

 

International reserves rose €1.418 billion from the end of December 2007 and were €1.246 billion higher than a year earlier. In dollar terms, Hungary’s international reserves stood at $22.693 billion at the end of October, down $2.335 billion from a month earlier. In dollar terms, international reserves decreased from $24.050 billion at the end of last year, and fell from $23.896 billion from the end of October 2007. (MTI-Eco)
