Hungary's crude oil reserve enough to last 103 days - paper

Hungary's crude oil reserves are enough to last 103 days, according to the registry of the International Energy Agency (IAE), Népszabadság wrote on Saturday, adding that the reserve is still untouched.

A total of 28 IEA member countries have agreed to release 60 million barrels of oil in the coming month in response to the ongoing disruption of oil supplies from Libya.

Népszabadság calculated that Hungary has to contribute 1 or 2 days worth from the reserve, noting that with the 103 days Hungary is leading the IEA list.
