New car and light commercial vehicle registrations in Hungary came to 4,443 in October, up 8.8% from the same month a year earlier, automotive industry researcher Datahouse told MTI on Tuesday.
New car registrations rose 8.1% to 3,637 and new LCV registrations were up 12.4% at 806.
Volkswagen led new car sales, with 384 vehicles sold, giving the company 10.6% market share. Ford models accounted for 190 of LCV sales, giving it 23.6% market share.
New car and vehicle registrations dropped 29.8% to 42,997 in January-October from the same period a year earlier. (MTI-Econews)
