Hungary's industrial output rose an unadjusted 7.1% and was up a calendar year-adjusted 9.7% year-on-year in April, the Central Statistics Office (KSH) said in a second reading on Wednesday.
The unadjusted figure was raised from 6.9% and the adjusted figure from 9.5% in a first reading published on June 7.
Both unadjusted and adjusted output was up 9.2% in March.
Export sales rose 7.6% year-on-year in April, slowing from 14.5% in March. Domestic sales declined 3.4% in April after a 2.9% decline in March.
In a seasonally and workday-adjusted month-on-month comparison, export sales fell 0.5% in April after falling 2.2% in the previous month. Domestic sales were up an adjusted 1.6% from a month earlier after falling 0.9% in March.
January-April output was up 11.0% from the same period a year earlier. Export sales were up 14.7% in the period and domestic sales fell 4.7%.
