Hungary’s government has so far disbursed HUF 219 billion (€743.25 million) in European Union funding as part of its 2007-2013 New Hungary Development Plan, National Development Agency data released on April 3 shows.
The National Development Agency reported that 23,619 bids have been submitted for HUF 3,079 billion in funding via the New Hungary Development Plan. 9,664 of the bids have been awarded a total of HUF 1,832 billion.
Contracts signed numbered 7,243 and were for a total of HUF 1,436 billion of which HUF 219 billion has been disbursed funds on 4,027 winning contracts, the agency said. (MTI-Econews)
