The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has announced it has granted a credit line of €432.4 million for financing economy in Central and Eastern Europe.
The EBRD investments in banks that are members of the Unicredit group in Serbia, Croatia, BIH, Bulgaria, Hungary, Ukraine, Khazahstan and Kirgistan are aimed at mitigating global economic crisis effects on the region and at increasing credit inflows.
The EBRD and Unicredit group projects will enable mid-term and long-term credits and financial leasing for support to companies and improvement of energy efficacy. (Gazdasági Rádió)
