Hungary's Combat Kereskedelmi, a seller of military clothing and gear, will convert from a limited liability company to a company limited by shares called Milipol from January 1, the company told MTI.
The name change comes as one of the company's founders completed a pullout that started in 2004. Combat Kereskedelemi is now wholly owned by the private individual Herbert Székely.
Combat Kereskedelmi expects to close 2010 with revenue of HUF 1.29 billion, down from HUF 2.15 billion in 2009 but up from HUF 1.16 billion in 2008. (MTI-Econews)
