Hungarian clearing-house Keler will pay no dividend on the organization's 2009 net profit of HUF 1.5 billion (€5.4 million), Keler reported on Monday.
Keler, which paid no dividend last year either, will place all of its 2009 profit into retained earnings, according to a proposal adopted at the organization's AGM held on Friday, May 14.
Keler had unconsolidated pre-tax profit of HUF 2.1 billion in 2009 and total assets of HUF 52.04 billion at the end of last year.
Keler had consolidated pre-tax profit of HUF 3.2 billion and consolidated net profit of HUF 2.6 billion in 2009, according to the clearing house's consolidated 2009 IFRS report
The organization had consolidated total assets of HUF 52.8 billion at the end of 2009.
Keler's supervisory board decided following the AGM that Lajos Bartha would serve as the board's chairman and Attila Tóth as its deputy chairman. (MTI-Econews)
