The Budapest municipal asset management center BFVK projects HUF 8 billion (€28.63 million) in revenue in 2010, the business daily Napi Gazdaság said on Friday, quoting company CEO Csaba Gál.
The company separated a portfolio worth around HUF 12 billion for the projected revenue. This includes the Florián Shopping Centre in District 3, estimated to be worth HUF 4.7 billion, and a 16-hectare property in District 3, estimated at HUF 4 billion and two valuable school buildings among others. BFVK has sold properties worth HUF 500 million since the beginning of this year. (MTI-Econews)
