The board of Hungarian printing company Állami Nyomda will propose to shareholders at an annual general meeting on April 20 payment of a HUF 43-per share dividend on 2011 profits, the AGM agenda published on Friday shows.
If shareholders approve the proposal, the dividend fund will come to about HUF 636 million.
The board will also put the company's profit and loss statement, showing after-tax profit of HUF 793 million in 2012, to shareholders for their approval.
