PSZAF fines mortgage lender CREDIT HOUSE HUF 3 million

The Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority (PSZAF) has fined mortgage-lending firm CREDIT HOUSE Magyarorszag HUF 3 million for failing to fulfill its data-provision obligation.
PSZAF has ordered CREDIT HOUSE to submit its 2009 annual report, its resolution regarding the utilization of the after-tax profit, the 2010 Q2 report and the 2010 Q3 report to the supervisory authority within five days. PSZAF has repeatedly instructed the company to in future comply with its data-provision obligation as prescribed by the regulations.(Econews)
