NIF calls tender for HUF 2.7 bln bridge construction

Hungary's National Infrastructure Development Company (NIF) has called a tender for a contract estimated to be worth HUF 2.7 billion for the dismantling of an old bridge and the construction of a new one over the Tisza River in the city of Vásárosnamény (NE Hungary).

The deadline for bidding in the tender, published in the latest issue of the Public Procurement Gazette, is April 22. The result will be announced on May 5 and a contract is expected to be signed on May 16.

The deadline for completing the project is April 15, 2012.
