Hungarian low-fare airline Wizz Air expects a double-digit drop in costs as the result of a closer cooperation forged with Ferihegy Airport operator Budapest Airport, CEO József Váradi said at a press conference.
The airline expects passenger numbers to rise to 1.06 million in 2009 from a targeted 820,000 in 2008, Váradi said.Budapest Airport expects passenger numbers this year to be more or less level with last year's 8.6m, said CEO Dimitrios Gatsonis. (MTI - Econews)
