Uniqa Versicherungen AG said today that they have agreed to give Rasperia Trading Ltd, a company owned by Russian Oleg Deripaska, 30% of the share capital in Strabag SE.
Uniqa Versicherungen AG said its holding in Strabag will be reduced to 18% as a result.
