Two of the seven members of Hungarian IT company Synergon's board-Mark Lazarovits and Szabolcs Vida-resigned with immediate effect on Tuesday, Synergon reported on Wednesday.
Synergon announced following the publication of its first-half IFRS report on August 31 that the company's board would make decisions affecting the company's staff, payroll costs and the scale of its assets and financing during the first week of September.
Synergon sustained losses of HUF 429 million in the second quarter of 2011, compared to losses of HUF 6m in Q2 of 2010.
